    Dear Mark,

I have been a regular customer with you for the past five years and thought it would be useful if you had some feedback from a customers point of view.

I am currently a motorcycle courier and ride a Honda Pan-European ST1300A. On the15th June 2015 I purchased from your Company, Motorcycles Tyres UK Limited, a new rear tyre, a 170/60ZR17 P/Road 4 GT, which I have just replaced on the 6th Dec ember 2015, having done 21,138 miles and was just within the legal limit.
I am very impressed that Michelin has made such a fantastic product which is vital for my work. I will recommend this tyre to all my biker friends.

I would like to put on record that the customer service I received from your Company was second to none and I would certainly recommend you to other motorcycle users in the future.
    Many thanks once again.

    Kind regards,

    Neville Rumsey

I have been using romford motorcycle tyres for last 7 yrs and each time but the michelin piot tryes, i ride every day into london from chelmsford so need a good tyre that can do the miles but also handles in wet weather. I can recommend michelin pilot tyres to everyone and the service i get from romford tyres is excellent.

Massive improvement over the Battlax BT-023’s that came on my ST 1050. Noticeable improvement in the dry and massively better in the wet. I’ve never felt so comfortable and confident in slippery conditions before.

Longevity seems good too. My first set did square off a bit, but I put a considerable amount of motorway miles on them. Ended up having to change the rear early because of a puncture and didn’t hesitate to go for another PR4.

Great service from the guys in the shop as well. I turn up, hand the bike over, hang about for a bit and play with my phone, and then ride off with a new tyre or two in a few minutes time. Did have to wait a little longer the last time I went in, but it’s not like they were sitting about twiddling their thumbs. They were just finishing off work on another bike. Still in and out in well under an hour.

After getting a puncture last year that couldn’t be repaired on my rear PR3 these guys fitted a PR4 in it’s place, it’s worn very well and now has 3-4k miles on it and still has loads of life left in it, it’s gripped well in both the wet and dry and hasn’t given me any odd handling issues when combined with the PR3 on the front.

Today I visited them again to get the front replaced with a PR4 (front PR3 lasted 8-9k). Great ride in, ride out service in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
